GoAppetite Provider Agreement

Providers using GoAppetite must supply accurate business information and maintain all licences, permits, approvals and food-safety requirements applicable to their business and jurisdiction.

Providers are responsible for menu accuracy, allergens and dietary information, prices, availability, preparation, packaging, customer service and fulfilment of accepted orders and event commitments.

Providers must not upload misleading content, confidential third-party information, unlawful material or information that infringes intellectual property rights.

GoAppetite may review provider information, request compliance documents, suspend listings or require corrective action where safety, legal, quality or platform integrity concerns arise.

Provider fees, subscriptions, promotions and settlement arrangements are governed by the applicable commercial plan or agreement shown to the provider.

Providers must handle customer information only for legitimate fulfilment and support purposes and must not use it for unauthorized marketing.
