GoAppetite Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the GoAppetite website and related food ordering, delivery, pickup, loyalty, deals and events services in the United Arab Emirates.

GoAppetite provides a technology platform connecting customers with participating restaurants, cloud kitchens, chefs, caterers and event providers. A provider remains responsible for the accuracy of its menu, prices, availability, licences, food preparation and fulfilment obligations.

Customers must provide accurate account, contact and delivery information and must use the platform lawfully. Orders become binding when accepted by the relevant provider. Availability, preparation times and delivery estimates may change and are confirmed by the provider.

Prices, applicable VAT, delivery charges, discounts and other commercial calculations are determined by the platform and/or provider systems and are shown before confirmation where applicable.

Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with security controls or infringe another person's rights.

GoAppetite may suspend accounts, listings or transactions where there is suspected fraud, abuse, safety risk or material breach of these terms.

These terms may be updated by GoAppetite. Material changes will be published through the platform. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable UAE law.
